Letter to CB's - would this work?

Would it be alright to write a letter to my CB's like this:

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I am writing to inform you of mistakes on my credit report. Please note that my Chapter 7 Bankruptcy was discharged on July 24, 2006. I have included in this package all information pertaining to the Bankruptcy.

On the page entitled "Certificate of Service" you will see that every creditor listed on my credit report has been notifified of my Bankruptcy. The status of every account on my credit report should read "Included in Chapter 7 Bankruptcy" with an account balance of $0.00

The only active creditor is from FIRST PREMIER BANK. This is an active, revolving credit account and should read as so.

Please also note that my current address is:

Please also include my phone number (+++) +++-++++ on my credit report, if possible.

Is this alright or should I specifically call out every mistake? I am including beside this letter the FINAL DECREE, NOTICE OF DISCHARGE, and the BANKRUPTCY NOTICING CENTER CERTIFICATE OF SERVICE PAGE...which lists every creditor that was included on my BK, which was every creditor.

So, is it alright to just say "Hey my BK was discharged fix everything" or request a change for each individual mistake?

I wrote a letter for each thing that needed to be corrected but only after the online dispute did not work out for me.
