    Sending Documentation When Disputing?

I have heard two different answers on this subject. Some say send nothing to the CRA others say send as much information as you can like a copy of your discharge order and the schedule of creditors that were included in your bankruptcy when disputing. What is the best way to do this?
    Filed Chap.7: 08-21-06
    341: 09-18-06
    Discharge: 11-29-06
    Closed: 12-04-06

When disputing to the CRA's, it is generally not required to provide supplemental proof...after all, the burden of proof is on the creditor to verify the information. It is usually in the second stage of the dispute, after the creditor verifies the entry with the CRA and you have to bring your dispute to the creditor, that you may have to supply a copy of your discharge.
