Just noticed an error on my credit report

I just noticed that my second mortgage is not showing IIB on my credit report. It shows the account in good standing, no late payments, it does not mention the chapter 7 at all. I did not reaffirm this loan, should I update it on my credit report or leave it as is? Will I benefit from leaving it alone and let it continue to report positive on my credit report, or is it best to get the balance taken off of the report?

I would let it stay as long as its positive, that is a good thing that will help you.

That's what I've read at other Credit Repair websites.

If it's a positive reporting trade line, leave it be. It's good for you.

If there's some sort of change, for some reason, you might need to address it at a later date. Maybe keep an eye on it and let it be for now.
