    Scores jumped up again

Just a little update our scores jumped up in 1 month just by paying credit card balances 50% of credit limit... I was praying it would because we have to refinance the house now our middle scores are 624... So having high balances on credit cards really makes a diffrence in your score..

Nice of you to check back in. Aside from the refi issue you posted in the other thread, sounds like things are going pretty well, I hope?

I am amazed the scores have gone up . Now have to find a refi company...
At least the scores are in the 600's not 500 's
Refinacing is very hard after bk7 It is not as easy as it seems ... I have been around reading posts just not posting much .. I have been on top on of credit reports too....

It takes a good year of rebuilding to really get things rolling. Keep up the good work and you're well on your way.

I know Countrywide, Quicken, GMAC and others use a scoring system that almost exactly matches the score at MyFico, which is usually about 25% lower than the other "bureaus". Maybe not the answer you wanted, but it will allow you to position yourself more accurately with the lenders.
