Should all my BK'd account be showing as 'Derogatory' on my credit reports?

    Should all my BK'd account be showing as 'Derogatory' on my credit reports?

    Hi I'm just trying to clean up my credit reports and I see that all of my accounts that I filed BK on show as 'derogatory'.Is this correct? I was only late on paying a couple of accounts before I filed Bk.
    Is this the way they should be reporting??

    I believe they should since you didn't pay them. They should come up as baddies and saying IIb

      If what you mean by 'derogatory' is late payments, then yes, I believe that is correct. My understanding is your credit report will show last 2 years payment history. And as Pricesskina stated, they should show IIB as well.

      Chapter 7 filed - 10/12/2005 - Asset
      Discharged - 02/16/2006
      Case Closed - 11/08/2007
