So I did what was recommended by many on this board, and pulled my credit report a day after discharge. Most of the creditors are reporting IIB, but a few of them also list my last delinquent dates (i.e. when I stopped making payments and set up the paperwork with my attorney). Can I dispute those to be removed, or is that just normal verbiage?

Question about my credit report

Lates shown prior to your filing date are accurate reports. There's not much you can do about them if the Creditor does not voluntarily pull those statements.
One thing that did happen for us is several Creditors failed to respond within the allotted time frame when we disputed. Those accts were wiped off our Credit Reports as if they did not exist.
Also, you can dispute that there are inaccuracies. Maybe you can find something. As an example, one Creditor showed our BK as being filed a month after we actually filed. So you say the report contains inaccuracies and you want the info verified. Maybe the Creditor won't respond within the prescribed time frame and the reporting will be pulled.Filed Ch 7 - 09/06

I am not an attorney. My comments are based on personal experience and research. Always consult an attorney in your area to address concerns related to your particular situation.
