Upgrading a CAP 1 Card to Airline Reward Card

Anyone know if it's easy to upgrade from capital one platinum to their airline points card?

Also, I've had my capital one card for 3 months now, made three payments...when I got my card, I got a little thing in the mail saying they would up my limit to 500 automatically after three payments and me not going over my limit without even a credit pull. They haven't done this yet...anyone have experience with these issues?

I can't answer the first question... But as for the 2nd, yes they will upgrade your limit to 500 if you have not exceeded your limit and not made late payment or any other default. It may take until your 4th billing cycle to update.
