Chexsystms HELP!!!

I'm happy to say I was able to get it removed because I had faxed them my bankruptcy petition showing that all the bank accounts and debts were included in my bk. After the bk discharged they had no choice but to remove it. They can no longer ask for payment on the debt. All were removed also because the banks never checked the mail and only have 7 business days to respond to chexsystems to say if it's a true debt. None replied therefore they were removed!!!! Hope it helps someone else I know it helped me!!!!

Since you are retired military you should join Navy Fed Cred Union. They do not use Chexsystems and they are very helpful and generous with helping to reestablish and rebuilding credit.

I'm with you, opened my checking and savings account online about 2 weeks ago. Got my visa debit card but they turned me down for any credit....I'm sure it's gonna take time and my direct deposits will start up soon then they'll know I'm good for the $$$!!!!
