I disputed quite a few items on my credit report to show "included in bankruptcy" and they came back and said they completed the investigation, and the results were they deleted those accounts completely! I am assuming this is good??

I started this disputing process, as 3 or 4 were showing balances even though they were included in my bk. Looks like that will work ok.
But it is taking 15-30 days for them to respond. Anyone else here of the cra's turning it around in 24 hours?Filed Business Chapter 7: 7/11/07

O'man i've been looking for some body who can guide me thru this process i filed chapter 7 ....in 2002 and i' didn't know u could dispute IIB until few weeks and i've been doing alot of research... if any body can guide me how 2 drop those accounts i will appreciate the help.

i'm currently doing some online disputes on all 3 cra's just been afew days so far but one my actually my credit score went up just for the dispute alone. some accounts listed in bankruptcy didn't change after i was discharged so after i gave reasonable time for them to act. i decided to start an investigation i will keep you all postedCH. 7 Filed 4/4/07 done

Only place that could help me with getting alot of bankruptcy blemishes removed from my credit report was Lexington Law Firm. When I tried disputing information on my credit reports myself. The bureaus would strong arm me and shut down my investigations. SO I had to hire Lexington law to fight for me.Comment

Who deletes them? The creditor or the bureaus ?
