    Help!!! Is it too late???

My bankruptcy was discharged in July of this year. My question is this, I had a judgement filed against me in January of 2007, before I filed for BK. I listed the proceeding in question 4 of the Statement of Financial Affairs. I listed the original creditor (which is a credit card company), as well as the attorneys office handling the judgement on the credit matrix and in schedule F, but I did not list the County Court Clerks office on the mailing list or Schedule F. Is it too late to notify them of the bankruptcy, or is notifying the attorney's office and the original creditor enough. I am having a hard time getting them to change the information on my credit report for the Judgement, the original creditor is reporting correctly. Thank you in advance for your help.

send or take your discharge information to the county clerk's office and have them notate the BK discharge. It should reset the liability to zero but to remove the judgement you need to file a motion to vacate with the court.
