Credit Cards....Filed in BK/Post-BK

Anyone have a credit card that was included in their BK, but then reapplied with that credit card company after their discharge (whether right away or months/years later)....and you were approved????

Just curious.....


Not that I am considering it, but there were a "few" companies I may consider in the future. And there are several I definitely would not deal with again. In the end, they are all credit companies.....they are not concerned with you, they are just concerned about making money!!!!

When I refiled my chapter 13 after my divorce, I had to include all of my debt So I had to include my Cap 1 and my Orchard card. I reapplied with Orchard and got a 500 cl (as opposed to the 300 I had before) and they even filed a claim in my chapter 13. Cap 1 has denied me.

I included a Cap 1 card in my BK. Not too long after my discharge they started sending me pre-approved offers and I applied. I have a card with them again.
