It is not correct if it is showing a balance. After discharge, there is no balance. It was discharged, and so they cannot report something that does not exist. Document all of your contact with them. Make sure they have received a copy of the discharge and the matrix that shows they were notified. Make complaints to your AG, and, last resort, you can reopen your case to take them to BK court to let a judge look at it. They are violating the injunction of your discharge, that makes the debt no longer exist.

Not sure what to do....
Wells Fargo will NOT remove the balance of $6999 from my husbands credit report, it reads IIB, but they still leave the balance on. They say it is their right to leave the balance showing???? I have disputed twice w Experian and they say they have verified it as correct. I don't understand, is this even legal for them to report or leave on??Tags: None
