Car Title After Discharged

Am I supposed to receive the titles to my vehicles if they were included in the bankruptcy? We were discharged about 6 weeks ago.

Did you pay off the vehicle? If not you dont own them the bank does and they would still hold the lein.

If your vehicle was paid off through your Ch 13, then yes, you should receive the title, but even though you were discharged, and if there's still a balance on the car loan, then the lender will not release the title until it's paid off.
