Collection/Other accounts in credit report

Can you have accounts that are listed under the "Collection" and "Other" heading of your credit report removed?

The one account under the collection group shouldn't be there because the car was turned over before the lease was up. We have the paper work showing the dates of drop off and mileage and no damage.

Just to acknowledge, but sorry I don't know. Someone will pop up with your answer. My best guess though is to dispute it with the Credit Agency with what you told us. 'Hub
