What is the best way to rebuild my credit score post discharge. Not sure i want a credit card right after plus not sure it is the best thing. I have a truck i am buying from my dad should i try and get a loan from my bank to pay it off. Or can my dad file to transunion and so on. My dad recommend i take a 1000 or so and get a cd then try and get my bank to give me a loan against that.
What should i do to rebuild my credit. I have heard about getting debt cards from a bank i have one now. But how will a debt card from my bank help.
Also arent there credit cards where you give them say 1000 and you get a 1000 line of credit or am i wrong.
