Yeah try the secured one. I know US Bank and Wells Fargo both have them. My case just got filed so I am a long way off from doing anything but I do a lot of research so that when I get there, I'll be ok. I think Bank of America has a secured card but I hate them. Also try a credit union if you're a member of one. Many of them have cards they just don't broadcast the availability of them much.

Capital one just keeps saying I have too many deliquent capital one accounts...
