Many of my creditors have posted that i was late on payments after my filing date. After i get discharges i intend to have these removed from my report. I plan on disputing the items that were posted after my filing date. My question is ...what should i write to them ? Should i just say that i filed bk on such and such date and please remove this from my credit report and provide them copies of my filing or should i just give them the case # ?
