I bankrupted my Kohls card and have called 3 different times in the past 2 years to see if its possible to re-affirm after the fact.
The first time, the representative told me to pay the $200 I owed, and I'd have to re-apply, but would likely get the card back.
The second time, a different rep told me that I had to wait 2 years, but after 2 years its fair game and they'd probably approve me.
When I called the 3rd time, got a different rep again, she said nope-once you bk Kohls, you are blacklisted indefinitely.
Does anybody have the 'real scoop' on Kohls?

Not to mention help rebuild my credit, get great discounts for being a cardholder, etc. etc.
. I was totally 100% responsible with my few credit cards that I had, but had to include them anyways seeing it was a ch 7. I now have comprehensive health coverage and would like to get back to where I left off!
