    US Bank Problem~!

i was wondering if anyone could chim in regarding this matter.
i had 2 credit card and 1 credit line with them.
the cc was included in bankruptcy, but us bank decided to put the credit line into the bankruptcy.

so now in my credit report it shows as included in bankruptcy.
i tried to dispute that with the credit bureau and came back verify.

i do have the last payment recipet to the credit line, (on the date i closed my checking account)

anyone have a idea how to deal with this?
is it just better to sue us bank and collect the $1000? lol

Not exactly sure what you're asking, but you have to include every single account with a balance in your bk whether you want to or not.
attorney consult and decided to file, 02/15/2010
    no-asset Chapter 7 filed, 03/11/2010

      that account had $0 balance.
also i didn't included that in my bankruptcy filing.

it was us bank who decided to report it as included in bankruptcy.

      can they still do that?

I had a secured credit card with Bank of America, that was closed and paid off when I filed BK. They had it reported as IIB, and it was not IIB. I also have a letter of credit from them indicating that the account was never late... blah blah...So I called the bank and asked them to correct the entry and they said they would, but they didn't. So I called the credit reporting agencies directly and told them, very politely, the situation, and they corrected it on the spot and sent me a copy of my updated credit report. I'll check it again in another month or so to make sure it sticks that way, but I think basically if you just call the CRA and talk to them like a nice person, they might fix it for you.
