if no payments were due and you were up to date at the time you filed bk then they can not report that it was charged off.
only IIB (included in BK) or something to that effect and $0 balance.Im not an attorney or a trustee. You cant trust me either though!

The creditors may start updating your credit report any time after they receive notice of it, that doesn't mean that they'll update correctly!
Should show $0 balance owed, nothing about being past due, and if it didn't charge off prior to your filing, it should not show a charge off. Regarding the RTG, if you had no payments due til 07 I'm guessing it was relatively new furniture. Did you make arrangements to reaffirm it, or are you giving the furniture back? If you got the furniture recently, I'd be surprised if they didn't raise a fuss after this is all said & done-it is most likely a secured account. Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research. When you're searching online, keep in mind there is no guarantee that the info is completely up to date, and your situation is unique from anyone else's. Do your homework, and consult with an attorney so you can make an informed decision.
