Haven't used the card in months. Only had $100 credit limit (worked for me-survived BK). I decided to call and check on it........available $2,000.00. I dropped the phone. I Had to hear it twice before I could believe it.

Is it just a store card or the macys AMEX card? I applied for a macys store card, but have not heard anything yet on the status. I'd like to get just one retail CC. I do not really care for Sears or JC Penneys cards. Kohls turned me down. I also heard that targets red cards are pretty easy to get approved for, but I rarely shop there.

Did you file BK? I know GEMB cards are hard to get (Jcpenney...). I had Macy's before BK and it survived thru it. I have tried store cards...but got nothing. Macy's will do.

Yes, chapter 7. It was discharged in June. I like Macys. I shop there often. You can find good deals there. : )
