Can anybody tell me how to get in touch with a person at experian and not have to continue in this automated system maze. They investigated something on my credit report and will not show it as paid. I sent them all the information showing the original creditor, who bought and who sued me and the western union payment slip showing the amount paid and that it was paid in full. They sent me a letter saying they could not use the information as they found it irrelevant. Please help if anyone knows how to get in touch with a live person.

You need to send a certified letter to the creditor that you paid the account in full ..............
Remind them that this account is paid in full - and they need to report to the credit bureau and update this account.
If this is not done then you send a certified letter to the credit bureau demanding that his account be taken off your credit report because it is not correct and they are not reporting correctly.
You chances of talking to a "live person" is 0 -1.....
That will get them on the stick.................Minny

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.
