Charge off and late pays

I am going through my Experian report and notice that BoA is reporting late pays and a charge off in 01/11 even though I filed Ch7 11/24/10. Are they allowed to, or should this just show up as IIB? One other creditor is showing late pays before the filing. Is this correct as well?

im having the same issue with my husbands boa acct 2 years after filing ch 7 bk. It should say IIB $0 balance. be sure to dispute it.

BofA did this to me as well, it seems to be standard with them. Dispute it, and eventually...it will be deleted. It took me about 5 months to get them reporting correctly. Amazing!!
