Hey all of you who have been through several rounds of credit report clean up, do I have a question for you!
As some recent other threads have stated, our BK'd Cap One card is still reporting each month, showing a new derogatory. So, I disputed with TU yesterday online and today they sent me the resolution saying that they removed the account from my report. My question is, will it stay off? Since it happened so fast, did they really verify it with Cap One? What if Cap One tries to report again next month? Will it reappear?
BTW, Chase is doing this to us as well, but only with Equifax. We will see what will happen with them.
