Student loans on Credit Report

Okay, a couple of questions for your questions:
-Are these gov't funded loans, or private? Either way, you can submit a dispute to the bureau that they are 'included in Chapter 13.' I'm guessing with the 'charged off' being on it, they are private funded.
-Depends. Are your parents getting called on the loan yet? They might one to pull a report to see, because if they are reporting you wrong, chances are they may be them as well.I'm not a lawyer or legal expert, just offering advice on what I may have gone through and/or have knowledge of. Good luck!

You know I would need to check on if they are Federal or Private. They aren't through a bank, they are through Nelnet/Firstmark Services. I am going to submit a dispute today.
Also, why would my car comapny submit a negative review as I am not paying them through my Chapter 13, they are outside my plan?
