There is a special law in Colorado that requires the CREDIT REPORTING AGENCY themselves to send notice to the consumer if:

one or more negatives are reported in 12 months

OR

8 or more inquires are reported in 12 months

IF they don't send you a letter within the 12 month period, they are required by colorado law to DELETE the negative information.
