    Credit rating increae

well, after nearly eight months I'm up to 601 on Experian and 663 on TU and 665 on Equifax.

    Up from
    524 Experian
    601 TU
    607 Equifax

less than four months ago, looking for 700 by May for home refinance (80% LTV, I had gotten into a HORRIBLE second Mortgage years ago that I need to dump). Need to do some work, not for vehicles or items.

Wife's is even better, probably over 700 on all three. Rooms to Go and afew others removed their info rather than correct it, or never responded.

    NEVER AGAIN, I HATE DEBT!

So, the magic question....how did you get your credit scores to go up so high so quickly? I have one payment left and I know Experian has my credit score at 607... but I'm trying to refinance and would like to get a better interest rate than 7.1 adjustable.... Any suggestions?

with a 607 credit score depending on the LTV of your home you can qualify for a rate in the low 6's to high 5's going with an adjustable. The big thing is going with a non convential lender in your situation. If you need more info on refinancing i will gladley give you a free consultation and copy your credit report for all 3 bureaus free of charge. Dont hesitate to contact me at just need to find the right guy for the job most people in the mortgage business are just trying to make a quick buck and have never had any credit problems or bk. Me having the problems and bk in the past i will do what i can to help people recover from a bk....Thanks and good luck.

In answer to your question, I owe about $116K on my home and the homes in my area have doubled and even tripled in price. My house is probably worth a minimum of $250,000. So, I have a lot of equity in the house now. I was told to wait until I'm dismissed and I could get a lower rate. Which is in March if this Trustee doesn't fool around with the final audit... I was told to make an additional mortgage payment on the final payment because this Trustee likes to prolong dismissing Plans and better if she has a extra payment in case in runs into the following month. I'm covering all bases. I've been dealing with mortgage brokers.

It seems that Experian always goes MUCH lower than the other two for credit scores.... I wonder why that is....?

Most of my pulls have always been from Transunion!
