When should account drop off of credit report?

This is the last negative account still showing on my account history (there are still a couple of judgements & the bankruptcy itself in the public records). When should this account drop off of my credit report? Everything else already has.

The charge off in Sept 2008 when it was included in bankruptcy is the last activity on the account.

It's 7 1/2 years after the DOFD (Date Of First Delinquency). I can't answer your question because the DOFD is not displayed.

^regarding the DOFD, what happens if you miss a payment and it shows up on your CR as 30 days late, then you resume payments for a couple months, and then stop paying completely until the eventual charge-off? Is the DOFD the first missed payment, or when you stopped paying altogether?

When you stopped all together or another way to put it is the date of last default. The SOL clock is reset to zero every time you make a payment.
