    District Court Credit Check

What does it mean when the District Court and the companies discharged in a Chapter 7 check your credit in the same day??

Not sure what your question is? The District Court checked your credit? Companies discharged are not allowed to check your credit as that is an attempt to collect as seen by the courts and therefore in violation. Not sure if that helped.

Thanks...I checked Pacer and it appears that the Trustee reopened my case because he filed an incorrect report. My case has been closed for over 2 years. He has withdrawn the incorrect and filed the correct. SO....do I need to worry about it being open again? Not sure why this reopening registered inquiries on my credit? I believe I should dispute them since the error was not my fault.

Reviewed credit alerts again, they are not inquiries but Equifax reported an Account information for the BK. Looks like Equifax doesn't show it closed anymore, where Trans Union and Experian still do. Hmmmm....
