    All third party scores are not your real lending scores but they will give you some idea of where you stand although they could be off by more than 50 points. Real lending scores can only be obtained by banks and lenders for mortgages and car dealers for auto loans.

    True. I've also used creditsesame.com but I can't remember if that gives you your actual score or not. Experian will let you pull one credit report per year for free. There are 2 other companies as well, but I can't seem to remember them at the moment.

    I pull my report through the government program every year, but have not bothered pulling my score.

    Does anyone have any suggestions on the best / least expensive service to use to find out (accurately) what my current score is?
