I've had my Orchard card for about 8 or 9 months. I've paid it off in full just about every month I've had it. Today I received another offer from Orchard Bank for a Platinum Elite Visa. Does anyone else have this card? I'm pretty happy about receiving the offer, and I'm already approved. It's only a $300 limit to start, but that's okay. I'm a little confused because the invitation says there is no annual fee, but the disclosure form says there is a $39 annual fee. I don't want another annual fee. Anyone else been offered this card?

The Orchard cardy you have is a MC, the new one your offered is a Visa...... and yes, probably has the $39 annual fee in the fine print.......
