Help With 341 Meeting

Hi I just found this website and I've been reading some very interesting information. Just wanted to know if anyone has been through a 341 meeting recently and what should I expect. Also I'm still trying to decide if I should keep a car that I got in January from a buy here pay here. How easy would it be for me to buy a car after my case is discharged. Please help me!!!
