I disputed four accounts on my Experian credit report last week and received an email today stating the investigation is complete. I then viewed my credit report and only one account was corrected and the rest say this:
HSBC NV
Account Number: .... Outcome: Pending Date: August 04, 2006
HSBC/BSBUY
Account Number: .... Outcome: Pending Date: August 04, 2006
NELNET LOANS
Account Number: .... Outcome: Pending
Date: August 04, 2006
Does this mean the investigation is still in progress and that I will receive another updated email after Aug 4, 2006? Also, I filed chapter 7 bankruptcy in February of 2005 and in the public records section on my Transunion report it does not say that I filed for bankruptcy like it does on my Experian and Equifax report. The accounts listed on my Transunion report show included in bankruptcy but just not on the public records section. Does everybody's Transunion report look like this and if not should I contact Transunion to include my bankruptcy info in the public records section? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
