We filed in Jan, went to court in March and were discharged in May. Our reports are a friggin mess, and dh's address isn't correct. Ugh.
I'm going to look into privacy matters, thanks!

Just a ripoff. This is so they don't have to abide by the law.... they can dream up just about ANY excuse to keep you from getting your credit report....

Send in a certified letter stating that previously your have requested your free credit report and they have not complied. You want your free credit report within 10 days.... and since you seem to be having a problem getting it from them that after 10 days you will be contacting the Attorney General of your state.

DUH.............. he holds their business liscense....... LOL

When you contact the Attorney General they have 30 days to comply or loose their liscense.......

Attorney General has SOLVED several problems for me in the past......believe me business owners get VERY UPSET when the Attorney General contacts them.....

is TrueCredit a good credit monitoring service? it says you get unlimited access to all 3 reports and all 3 credit scores and after the first month (24.95) it's only $14.95. is that anything like the privacymatters that ya'll are talking about?
