Ok, I have items on my credit report where the datges were changed to 2006. Some of which were set to fall off nexte year and the year after. I called the FTC, and yesturday I recieved a call from a law office in Philadephia. They told mne they recieved my report to the FTC, and thye wanted to follow up with me. I was needless to say shocked... I wxplanied the situation to them andf was told "Under no circumstances can they randomly change the dates on items on your report!" I was told to send dispite letters in to all 3 CRA's and if the response is the same (that they will not change the dates back). tgo forward that information to them and we could proceed with litigation. So needless to say there will be 3 more certified letters makeing thier way through the USPS tomorrow. Justt a heads up for everyone! If they dates reported on you reprts change it is not legal and you must take action to correct it.

By they way.... We have a folders HERE on THIS forum for rebuilding and correcting credit problems.

OK, well. a lot of bold print and an exclamation (?) point in your post,
but still basically nothing has changed, right? You are still up shit creek
with a small paddle (if one at all). My suggestion is to wait until you have
some type of documented proof to back up what ever it is you are trying
to present to the forum. Right now, in fact, you have zilch. Beyond that,
