Has anyone heard of them?

We keep getting offers in the mail from Farragut Financial to refinance our auto loan. We've been planning on refinancing soon since our interest rate is outrageous, but we were planning on trying Capital One's Blank Check. Anyone have any experience with farragut? They are offering to lower our rate, give us $50.00 back and no payments for 45 days. They also say they are a member of the BBB.
Think we should give them a try?

I haven't heard of them and since they say they are members of the BBB check them out to be on the safe side.

Thanks. I am hesitant to try them since I can't seem to find much info on them. They are listed with the BBB, but that's about all I can find on them. Think I should just try Capital One Blank Check instead? Or what about Roadloans?

Since they are listed with the BBB you can find out how long they have been in business and if they have any complaints against them.
