How do you "overload" the credit bureaus?

I have been reading about credit repair and apparently there is a technique credit repair places do to swamp credit bureaus with so many disputes that they can't respond in the 30 day time frame require, which results in the item being totally removed even if it is accurate. Does this work, and how do you do it?

You can try... I guess my view on that is that while it may work in a small percentage of cases just like if you dispute the account as 'not mine', it may be even less effective if they simply disregard all the disputes and shrug them off as verified.

I always wonder how they prove they've attempted to verify. Kind of makes me think of health insurance companies that deny all claims at first just knowing that most people won't fight it.
