We had our 341 this week with our attorney. Boy were we worked up over nothing. I think we spent an entire five minutes before the trustee. Standard questions and a few more specific about some of our jewelry, other than that it was VERY simple.
Our only issue was that we filed amended schedules as our 09 tax return was larger than expected and we wanted to make sure we exempted the full amount.
Now we get to sit and wait!
