341 Done & Over!

I just finished my 341 and I wanted to share the questions I was asked.
Reading through everyone elses experiences really helped me feel a little more prepared. I was still very nervous, but at least I had an idea what to expect.

Mine was a very small room lol. My lawyer went over what he thought the Trustee may ask. It did vary a little but he told me to make my answers yes or no and not give details unless asked. I was asked the following

1. If I had listed all debts known to me.
2. If anyone owed me money.
3. If I had given anyone a gift of over $100 in the last 90 days.
4. If I had read and signed all of my BK papers
5. If I planned on reaffirming my mortgage and vehicle
6. If all children living in my household were mine or my spouses (I didn't understand this one)
7. If I had filed my taxes
8. If there was anything that needed to be corrected or brought to his attention
9. If I had ever filed bk before.

It was all very rapid fire. Then after all the questions he said he recommended it to be a no assest case and told me goodbye.

I'm so glad that part is over. Now I just have to wait a few more months!!!!

Congratulations!...sounds like it was smooth. I just wondered when he asked you had you filed your taxes, was he referring to the most recent year? ...had you provided those returns already? Thanks.

I am assuming he meant the prior year. I actually had given the lawyer last year and the year before that when I went to meet with him the first day.

I didn't have to bring anything to my 341 except my Social Security Card and my Driver Liscense.
