I was the 4th person called up so I can't provide much input beyond that.

Regarding your pm about clothes. I wore Jeans and a tucked in collared shirt. Everyone was dressed casual for the most part. One guy looked like he was on break from painting a house all day, baggy shorts and all.

All in all its not a big deal. You will be nervous at first and then very relieved afterward and surprised at how fast it is over and done with.
