We have our 341 meeting Monday afternoon / chapter 13 filing. I'm as nervous as can be. Lawyer filed everything electronically. To this point everything has gone ok- I don't understand why only about 1/3 of our creditors filed claims though.
Our lawyer & the paper we got from the trustee says the only thing we need to bring to the 341 is our driver's license & ss cards.
Not exactly sure what to really expect or what happens from here.
I know for a chapter 7, after the 341 you just wait 60 days for a discharge- but what happens after the 341 since this is a chapter 13? What comes next?
