Thought I would share some information about Casa Grande 341 meeting today. Very comfortable setting, some brought kids to meeting as well and I did. Did not bother trustee at all. Trustee asked standard few questions then generally 1 specific question for each person from what we saw. Standard questions were
Did you carefully review your petition?
Is this your signature on the petition?
Do you still reside at 123 address?
Do you have any personal injury lawsuits pending?
Have you ever filed bankruptcy before?
Are you aware their are different chapters of bankruptcy?
Then came specific question, ours was about a stock sale a few days before filing, trustee asked what I spent the money on. I said paid mortgage with that stock money. Trustee said ok and then Trustee asked if any creditors were present, none were, and then we were let go.
Countdown now finally from 60 days.
