    341 Tuesday

    I am hoping I have everything I need and this just goes fast, but my anxiety is through the roof today and tomorrow will be worse.

    We have a couple things in our filing that are of concern to me, not a big deal and certainly explainable as long as I can keep myself together. The lawyer felt things are fine, but I know we are the ones who's life is on the line so we can only hope she is right.

    We are under median chapter seven filers, so I am hoping that will make us very uninteresting.

    I know everyone says not to worry, and I hope I can say the same once we are through this portion.

          My case was boring, too, thankfully. I kept checking PACER and nothing until 13 days before discharge there was something. I panicked! But it was nothing. It was just a notice of new address for one of my creditors. Whew!

            You'll be fine! The scariest part of the 341 is the waiting, once you are there it's over before you know it.

                I am way behind you guys time wise here in Hawaii. Our appointment is at 11:30 so I have 3.5 hours to go. The meeting place is not to far away so I won't be leaving for it until about 10:15, just enough time to get there and sit around for half an hour or so. Hmm...at least that is what the lawyer said, to just show up about half an hour early, maybe I will go a bit earlier and just sit in the parking lot so I at least know we will be there in time. We need to make sure we have time to change a flat tire, just in case.
