So tomorrow is my 341, again. Last week I got a continuation, not cool. Last week I tried to enter humor and an a$$ remarks and it got me a “go upstairs and redo this paperwork”.

What happens if I just zip my lip, and sit on my hands?

A sense of humor is a wonderful thing, Desdemona! ....maybe not so much at the 341 though lol. Just remember, "yes" and "no" and no extra info unless asked, and you'll be out of there and dancing a jig before you know it.

I have to say I have not found anyone in the court system to appreciate even a tiny bit of my brilliant sense of humor.

Well.. just got back I was the only one listed for 3:30 had the room to my self. Guess what, she wants me back on January 12th - why you ask she wants the title for the van, my end of the year statement for my 401K and my 2008 tax return (last one filed with my ex husband). I asked if I should mail or email her copies prior to the 12th - she hummed then said no, I want you to come back with copies. I was this close to finishing this thing, grrrrh. I believe she is just make me come back cuz I am pro se, as last week she asked someone for their title of their vehicle and the lawyer said we can have that for you before end of the week and she said fine and accepted that and finish his case by saying I don't have any more questions. No fair.

I do want to review my personal property schedule B again - as she was really looking at that - I amended it on Monday with better details on what very little assets I have on the original I listed laptop(s) - the amended I listed (1) 2001 Dell bah, bah, bah.

All this waiting is really driving me drink again.
