I have not heard anything from the Trustee re: to my re-scheduled 341. I went to PACER and have found he has re-scheduled it for May 20th. That is like 6-7 weeks later than the original meeting. I have not received anything in the mail from the Trustee concerning this date. I am thinking it is a good thing I have PACER. ugh. So, anyway, the status is still "no asset". I am thinking this should have changed since there is the tax refund check involved. Any thoughts on this?
