So happy thats over with..... Worried myself silly. Went early to listen in. Trustee asked same 8 questions over and over. Name... Address... Did you read your paperwork... Is it true to your knowledge.... have you filed before..... do you owe support to anyone.... did you read the BK pamplet.... The only people he spent time with seemed to be the people with rental property or owed thier own business. He spent maybe 3 minutes with my husband and I.
My husband couldn't remember our address and told the trustee 2 different ones first. I thought that would be something I would do. We were well over the median income so I was worried. We have a lot of dept and really no assets.... HAPPY to be in the SIXTY day club.
