My husband's 341 was today. It went well, I think. The trustee said everything looks good and the confirmation hearing would be in July. My husband is not required to attend, but she stated he could be called back if needed to testify (not sure if thats the exact word she used). Does that happen often and under what circumstance would it happen?
We were expecting to have to surrender 50% of all tax refunds, including one we just received but the trustee said we can keep our returns. Our payment is $67.19 weekly, but will increase minimally to cover $1500 in state taxes that wasn't included for some reason, so about an extra 6 bucks a week. Much easier than I expected and now maybe I'll sleep at night.
