Had my meeting today. It had to be quickest ever lasted 1 minute. The Trustee swore the whole room at once. He then called everyone up one by one of course me being pro se filer I knew I would be towards the end of the list. I was called he asked for me to state my phone number, then he asked if there were any creditors and then told me to have a nice day. He didn't ask no one even the ones (that had attorneys) for ID, SS, tax returns, or bank statements. I am so relieved now. Looking forward to my discharge and a fresh start.

I agree, that was odd to me as well. The Trustee I think was not feeling well too. I guess he wanted to get everyone in and out, which he did because the room was full to capacity(pretty big room too) we had to be there at 9 am. I was out of there at 9:30 am.Originally posted by BrokeInCali View PostWow! That's an unusual 341 (In regards to the ID & SS)
My district doesn't do bank statements or recent paystubs either, but I thought it was a federal thing for them to check the ID's to prevent against bankruptcy fraud.
