    Pre-341 Meeting with Lawyer

For background on our BK7 see - "Our Story The Beginning" in the BK7 Forum

We will be meeting with our lawyer soon (about a week before the 341) to go over the process/meeting and to get "instructions" from the lawyer. Does anyone have any good questions to ask the lawyer? Maybe something you wished you had asked? Thank you

I honestly can't think of any questions I wish I would have asked my attorney before my 341 meeting. As long as you speak only when spoken to, and answer with "yes" or "no" whenever possible, I think you'll be fine. If you're certain that everything on your forms is correct, you should be good to go!
