Does anyone have any experience with RC Willey showing up at their 341? My creditor's meeting is on Jan. 6 2012 and my attorney says that they sometimes show up. He says that they never ask any questions, just try to ambush you and ask you to sign a reaffirmation agreement (which I won't do) or surrender the property.
